What Can Be Returned?

  • New and used equipment in original condition within 30 days of delivery
  • Items with defects or damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Equipment that doesn't match the description or specifications
  • Unopened items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

  • • Custom-ordered or specially configured equipment
  • • Opened consumables, chemicals, or biological materials
  • • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"
  • • Equipment that has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

How to Return an Item

    Contact Us

    Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.

    Package the Item

    Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. 3.
    Ship the Return

    Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for defective items) or ship at your expense (for other returns). Include the RMA number on the package.

  4. 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For PayPal payments, refunds are processed to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for defective items or items that don't match their description. Returns for other reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for opened or used equipment.

Shipping Costs

We provide free return shipping for defective items or shipping errors. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

For defective items, we'll expedite the shipping of a replacement at no additional cost once the defective item is confirmed.
